Stephen Tanaka
General Manager, Customer Success, Microsoft Canada
As Vice President of Customer Success, Stephen leads the largest team of technical professionals at Microsoft Canada focused on helping our Enterprise customers realize business value from their investment in the Microsoft Cloud. Guiding the customer transformation and modernization journey, the team delivers integrated solutions across all core six solution areas: Azure Infrastructure, Azure Applications, Azure Data/AI, Modern Work, Dynamics, and Security.
Having joined Microsoft in 1999, Stephen brings 30 years of experience in the industry and has focused on organizations that help partners and customers transform their business. He holds an Honours Bachelor of Mathematics with Business from the University of Waterloo.
Stephen currently resides in Toronto with his wife Tanya and two kids Talia and Breanna. Outside of work, he enjoys coaching hockey while occasionally putting on the skates himself to play.
