Nadine Letson is Canada's head of Corporate, External and Legal Affairs (CELA). Based in Toronto, Nadine advises the subsidiary on a wide range of legal and regulatory matters, and provides strategic advice with respect to public policy issues that impact Microsoft's business. She manages a team of team of legal and corporate affairs professionals who are dedicated to driving business impact for Microsoft and to helping Microsoft's customers meet their digital transformation objectives.

Prior to joining Microsoft, Nadine was an associate at a large Toronto law firm in the firm's technology law group. Nadine holds a B.A. from the University of Western Ontario and JD from Queen's University.

During her spare time, Nadine enjoys reading, spinning and spending time with family and friends.
