Marc Mondesir is the Industry Solutions Delivery (ISD) Leader at Microsoft Canada (formerly Microsoft Consulting Services). Our ISD team helps customers bridge their tech adoption gaps through deep industry capabilities and delivery excellence to realized value for their businesses, employees, and customers. They focus on showing what’s possible with the latest Microsoft technologies by building diverse and inclusive teams and collaborating across Microsoft to empower our customers to achieve more.

Marc’s career in tech spans more than 27 years and includes senior positions with Xerox, TEKsystems and Hartco Corporation. Prior to joining Microsoft, Marc worked for Dell as a National Director and head of the company’s Canadian Professional Services Business Unit where he delivered consistent market-premium growth, high sales attainments, and outstanding employee-sentiment scores. Marc is very passionate about driving diversity and inclusion across ISD and the broader subsidiary and is an active member of our Employee Resource Group: Blacks at Microsoft (BAM) Canada. 

Currently based in the Greater Toronto Area, Marc holds an MBA from the Smith School of Business, Queen's University. Beyond technology, Marc’s passions include business, leadership, music, writing, travel, cooking, nutrition, social justice, and international politics. During his downtime, Marc spends his time with his wife of 22 years, his two teenaged boys, friends, and family.
