Jacqueline O’Flanagan is the Financial Services Industry Lead at Microsoft Canada. She is responsible for leading a diverse, cross-functional team that is committed to empowering financial services institutions across Canada with trusted tools and technology to deliver differentiated experiences, reduce costs and accelerate innovation for sustainable growth.

Jacqueline has over 20 years of extensive experience in global sales, management, and information technology and has a proven ability to develop and lead high performance teams that operate in complex environments. She has a strong passion for leadership, developing strong talent and mentoring women in the financial services space.

Prior to Microsoft, Jacqueline was the Global Head of Consulting Services at CGI for the Global Wealth and Capital Markets covering North America, EU & Commonwealth. Jacqueline was also the Head of Canada for the London Stock Exchange Group and was responsible for developing and executing on a multi-year strategy and oversaw an enterprise-wide approach that involved the roll-out of innovative technology and data-driven solutions to enrich the client experience across the globe.

Jacqueline is both an advocate and ally of Diversity, Equity & Inclusion and she actively promotes and aspires to advance the culture of inclusion through intentional, positive efforts. She is the executive sponsor for the Women at Microsoft Employee Resource Group (ERG), and she also led DE&I during her time at CGI, which included supporting the STEM, Women in Tech, BAIM, LGBTQ2IA+ subcommittees and more. She has been a member of Women in Capital Markets (WCM) since 2014, Women in ETFs (2013) and was Co-Chairwoman of Women Inspired Network (LSEG). She is an active speaker at industry events and throughout the media.
