Lesley joined Microsoft eight years ago, where she has taken on a diverse range of roles spanning solution strategy, operations, and sales excellence. She is dedicated to fostering collaboration, providing leadership, and driving transformative change. Lesley has a proven track record of unlocking the full potential of large teams and is motivated by the challenge of solving complex problems in innovative ways.

Lesley holds an MBA (Master of Business Administration) degree in marketing and technology from the University of Ottawa and a bachelor's degree in English and Communication Studies from Laurier University.

Lesley resides in Oakville, Ontario, with her husband David, their children Ben and Nathan, and their family dogs. Outside of work, she enjoys leisurely walks with the dogs and spending quality time with family and friends.
